The Technology New website has
been up and running now for about
three months. I thought now would
be a good time to tell you a little about
why this website was launched and
what I hope to accomplish through this
site. I would like to officially say welcome.
Sit back for the next few minutes and let me introduce you to Technology New.

I love technology and new advancements in technology. I feel lucky to have been alive during the last 4+ decades. To have seen life when technology was slim and now seeing it all around me. I still remember my friend coming home and asking me if I wanted to go with him to see a special midnight showing of this new television technology called HD TV. I remember standing there looking at this enormous television set with a picture on the screen like none I had ever seen before. I remember thinking how I would never be able to afford one of those. Life has been an adventure.

Though I love most everything in the technology world web technology is where I find the most interest. When web design technology was coming onto the scene I wanted to learn how to do it and I did. I knew enough at that time to design websites for my family and friends. I loved doing it and found such a fascination with it. I love watching how the web has grown and so has the technology that drives this medium. For many years web design was a hobby and I watched from a distance.

Back in 2008 me and my best friend opened a web design company. I rely so much on the web to provide information on web technology and new ideas and techniques. There are so many good resources out there and many of them have been invaluable to me. I have learned so much over these past few years and my web design and marketing skill have been sharpened greatly.

Technology New was born out of a desire to share with the web design and marketing community some of the insights I have learned over the years. In no way do I pretend that this is or will be the best website ever on these topics. Mine is just one in a vast ocean of great websites that provide the same kind of articles you are going to find here. But if one person finds this website on web technology and new design and marketing ideas useful I will be thankful. My hope is that the articles you will find on this website will be beneficial for both novice and seasoned web designers and internet marketers.
